Subscription Terms

By purchasing or activating a subscription with CLAYDEN, you agree to enroll in a recurring billing plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with the terms outlined below. Billing cycles may include monthly, annual, or other recurring billing plans as specified at the time of purchase.

All CLAYDEN subscriptions require completion of at least one full renewal cycle before cancellation becomes effective. By starting a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew at least once after the initial billing period. Cancellation will not terminate the subscription until the first renewal cycle has been completed. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription, you agree to pay for the initial month plus one additional renewed month before cancellation can stop future billing.

By purchasing a subscription from CLAYDEN, you authorize CLAYDEN to automatically charge your selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees associated with your account. Charges will occur at the beginning of each billing cycle using the payment method provided at checkout.

Subscribers are solely responsible for managing their subscription. This includes monitoring billing dates, maintaining accurate payment information, and cancelling the subscription if they no longer wish to continue the service. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so using the official cancellation method provided by CLAYDEN. Cancellation will prevent future billing after the current billing period has ended but will not reverse or refund any previously processed charges.

CLAYDEN is not responsible for charges incurred due to a customer’s failure to cancel their subscription. This includes but is not limited to forgetting to cancel, failing to cancel before a billing date, not using the service, or not being aware of the subscription renewal schedule. All successfully processed subscription payments are considered valid and authorized transactions.

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. CLAYDEN does not provide refunds for partially used billing periods, unused services, automatic renewals, or failure to cancel prior to the next billing date.

Customers agree to contact CLAYDEN to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback for a valid subscription charge without first attempting to resolve the issue with CLAYDEN may result in account suspension or termination and may restrict future access to CLAYDEN services.
