CLAYDEN Refund & Shipping Protection Policy
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Customers have the option to purchase Package Protection at checkout, which covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If a qualifying issue occurs and Package Protection was purchased, CLAYDEN will work with the customer to replace the order or issue a refund when appropriate.
If Package Protection is not purchased, CLAYDEN is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, delayed, or damaged once they have been shipped and tracking has been provided. Customers who choose not to purchase Package Protection acknowledge that they assume all risk associated with shipping and delivery.
Refunds or replacements for shipping-related issues will only be provided for orders that include Package Protection. By completing a purchase with CLAYDEN, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
